How Much Will Shipping Cost?
We offer Free Shipping within Indonesia. For International Orders we offer $35 Flat Rate Shipping for under 1.5 kilos, and $15 for every kilo over that. How Long Will it Take to Receive My Order?
If the items you are ordering are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 3 business working days. Depending on your location, the order can take between 5-7 business working days.
Can I Change My Order?
Should you have changed your mind about your order, you may change it! However you can only change it with items at the same price or over. Should this be the case for you, please contact our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How Will My Order Be Packaged?
Lily Jean strives for quality from the beginning to end. Your package will be carefully packed in our 100% Bio-Degradable bags and shipped off with love. Whether it’s for you or your loved one our package will feel like a special gift!
Will There Be Delays?
During sale events or within a few days of a new collection launch there may be delays on shipping, we truly appreciate your patience during these times.
How Can I Track My Item?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation from us, along with tracking details for your order. All orders within Indonesia are shipped with our free service and sent via EMS and take 1-3 business days to arrive. All orders outside Indonesia are shipped via our International Courier and take 4-7 business days to arrive. Once your order arrives in your country, it will be handed to your local postal service and you will be able to track your order in more detail with them.
Will I Have to Pay for Customs & Duties?
Yes, all international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own
country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Lily Jean is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
What Currency is Used Online?
If you are viewing from Indonesia, our prices are in Rupiah. Outside of Indonesia our prices are charged in USD. We offer a currency converter to have an estimate on prices based on your currency. However please note that once at check-out prices can vary depending on the daily rate.
Did You See Something In Our Store But Can’t Find It Online?
Did you happen to visit our store and now kicking yourself that you didn’t buy it when you were there? Don’t fret! If you can’t find the item on our E-Shop please contact our sales to at email@example.com and let us know about the style you saw. We will do our best to help you and if it so happens there is no more stock, we are more than happy to do a Special Order for you. Do You Offer Returns or Exchanges?
Lily Jean does not offer cash returns on orders. However you may exchange your order with the same value or more. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return to our warehouse, and the shipping for the new item.

What Do I Do If I Received a Faulty/Incorrect Item?
Should you receive a faulty product we are more than happy to replace it with a new one! However we ask that you email us within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Please send us the details of the product along with a photo.
We require you to return the item, along with the tag and invoice still intact. Should we feel that your request does not meet our requirements for Return, Lily Jean has the right to deny an exchange.
The shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
